INVITATION TO BID
GARDEN CITY DSMI WATER SERVICE INVESTIGATION

The proposed project consists of Water Service Investigation (potholing) of 354 residential water service lines throughout the Garden City per EGLE’s Minimum Service Line Material Verification Requirements. The scope also includes pavement, grass and vegetation removal and restoration.

The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is February 22, 2024 and completed by August 1, 2024.
SEALED BIDS will be accepted at the Office of the City Clerk, 6000 Middlebelt, Garden
City, MI 48135. Bid must be clearly labeled “GARDEN CITY DSMI WATER SERVICE INVESTIGATION”

Two (2) copies of the bid proposals shall be submitted to:

Bids shall be publicly opened and read.

The deadline for Request for Information (RFI) is Thursday, January 18, 2024, 10 a.m. EST.

The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened.
The OWNER and ENGINEER will further assess the bids based on the following criteria.
