DEERING CONCRETE RECONSTRUCTION

(Maplewood to Warren)

The project involves the complete concrete reconstruction of roadway with a total length of approximately 2,600 lineal feet. This project will also involve storm sewer, driveways, some sidewalks and ADA ramp replacement. The anticipated start date is April 15, 2024 and completion by July 30, 2024.
SEALED BIDS will be accepted at the Office of the City Clerk, 6000 Middlebelt, Garden City, MI 48135. Bid must be clearly labeled “DEERING CONCRETE RECONSTRUCTION”

Two (2) copies of the bid proposals shall be submitted to:

Bids shall be publicly opened and read at 2:00pm (est) on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at the City of

The deadline for Request for Information (RFI) is Thursday, January 4, 2024 10 a.m. EST.

The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened.
