Project Title:                      GARDEN CITY DDA ALLEY REPAVING

Submittal Due:                  10:00 AM Local Time, Wednesday, July 9, 2025 for the public opening for this RFP.

Late Proposals:                  Any proposal received by the DDA after the exact time and date specified will not be considered.  Proposers are responsible to assure delivery prior to the deadline.  Do not assume that a guarantee by a mailing service will ensure that the proposal is received by the deadline.

Required Submittal:       Two (2) bound copies of the proposal are to be submitted for evaluation by the DDA in accordance with the instructions in this proposal.  No faxed or electronic submittals will be accepted.  Qualification requirements and fee proposals shall be sealed in the envelope.  The qualification proposal shall be labeled on the outside “Garden City DDA – Alley Repaving.”  The envelope shall be marked on the outside with the name and address of the RFP Respondent.  RFPs are to be submitted as a sealed package to:
