GARDEN CITY, WAYNE COUNTY, MICHIGAN

2024-2025 SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

The two-year project consists of replacing deficient sidewalks throughout Garden City bounded by Cherry Hill, Radcliff, Venoy, Warren and Merriman (see attached map). The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is May 1, 2024 and completed by November 30, 2025.

SEALED BIDS will be accepted at the Office of the City Clerk, 6000 Middlebelt, Garden
City, MI 48135. Bid must be clearly labeled “2024-2025 SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROGRAM”

Two (2) copies of the bid proposals shall be submitted to:

Deadline: 1:30 pm (est) on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
Bids shall be publicly opened and read.

The deadline for Request for Information (RFI) is Thursday, January 18, 2024, 10 a.m. EST.

The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened.
The OWNER and ENGINEER will further assess the bids based on the following criteria.
