In summary, site improvements for the Wilson Park Improvement Project will include the following:

Earth moving and shaping; installation of concrete pathways and furniture pads; expansion of asphalt parking lot; installation of playground equipment furnished by Owner; installation of playground curbs and playground drainage system, installation of asphalt basketball courts and striping for the courts and parking lot, installation of picnic shelter furnished by Owner, shelter foundations, backfill and fine grading. Contractor will coordinate with Owner to allow for tree installation and turf restoration.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Two hard copies of the proposal must be submitted to the City of Ferndale at Ferndale City Hall, 300 E. 9 Mile Rd, no later than 2:00 PM, to be considered. Your package should be in a sealed envelope and addressed to to the City Clerk, with the Subject Line: "Bid Proposal for Wilson Park Project", and include the submitter's return address information. Additionally, we request an electronic copy to be submitted through Bidnet.

Hard copies can be submitted at the front counter during regular business hours or you may place your proposal package in the 24-hour dropbox, located outside the front entrance of City Hall prior to the deadline.

The bid opening will occur in the City Council Chambers (located downstairs).
