Description

The Project consists of installation of a restroom/attendant building, utility connections, and other related items of work for the proposed splash pad project in Pepper Park. The parking lot, utilities, and a portion of the splash pad equipment have been completed under a separate contract. All splash pad equipment is to be installed by others but coordination will be included in this project.

The property is classified as a facility and all relevant environmental reports are included. All material must be properly manifested and disposed of at a Type II landfill with a 2' cap of clean soil.

The project is funded through a CMF Spark Grant, through MDNR, and all relevant state and federal requirements apply and are included in the contract documents.

Any Bids received after said Bid Opening date and time will not be valid or opened and will be returned to the Bidder.
