Description

This project consists of over 10,240 feet of trenchless rehabilitation (CIPP), 3 open cut excavation point repairs, 4 open cut excavation partial replacements, 2 open cut excavation full replacements, and 86 manhole frame & cover replacements and associated manhole rehabilitation. Scope is spread throughout the city.
Attention is called to the fact that all work shall be funded by the State of Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery program and therefore all work shall be subject to Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Federal Wages, including Labor Standards Provisions and the Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) as well as the most recent version of the Debarment/Suspension Certification contained herein.
