Description

The Project consists of removing the existing asphalt parking lot at the Ecorse Library (approximately 480 SYD) and replacing it with 6 inch nonreinforced concrete with integral curb and gutter. The project will include a dumpster enclosure with a pavement section of 8 inches. In addition to paving, the project includes the installation of a bus shelter enclosure and book return box (both provided by Owner), extending the privacy fence on the north property line, and other related work.

Sealed Bids for the Ecorse Library Parking Lot Project (#20309.00) will be received, by the City of Ecorse, until 10:00AM local time on a Bid Opening date of Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Any Bids received after said Bid Opening date and time will not be valid or opened and will be returned to the Bidder.
