Three (3) paper copies and an electronic copy of your firm’s Statement of Qualifications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the City of East Lansing, Department of Public Works. If mailed, send the Statement of Qualifications to the City of East Lansing Department of Public Works, 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI 48823. If hand delivered, submit the proposal to the Department of Public Works at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing, Michigan.
