The City of East Lansing is requesting qualified civil engineering consultants to submit proposals for the Harrison Road Bridge Deck Reconstruction project. The project is currently programmed to receive FY 2025 funding from the Michigan Department of Transportation Local Bridge Program Grant to reconstruct the bridge deck on the Harrison Road Bridge over the Red Cedar River.
The scope of work includes completing a topographic survey of existing conditions, design, preparing final plans and specifications, engineering estimate, coordination with MDOT, office tech administration, construction inspection of the project, and record drawings upon project completion and other program related requirements.
