Description

The City of Dexter is seeking a qualified vendor for the installation of an ADA-compliant timber ramp to provide accessibility to a City-owned gazebo located in the City’s downtown Monument Park. Prospective vendors are invited to submit bids to perform all work associated with the installation of a new ramp, including footings, framing, decking, handrails, site concrete work, site brick paver work, and associated restoration of surrounding grounds disturbed during course of construction.

Bids shall be all-inclusive. No mobilization, surcharges, deposits, trip charges, or fees shall be charged.
Bids shall be submitted to Dexter City Hall by Friday, October 3, 2025 by 2:00pm.
Bids must be sealed and marked with “City of Dexter Monument Park Gazebo Ramp Installation.”
The cost as proposed must be firm.
Work is anticipated to be awarded by City Council on October 13, 2025. The work shall be complete within 8 weeks following bid award.
Please list any other discounts provided to customers while under contract.
