Bid Submission Instructions: Bids must be submitted to the City of Dexter, 3515 Broad St., Dexter, MI 48130 physically or digitally via email by Friday, March 21, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Bids may be submitted physically, in an envelope, marked on the outside with the bidder’s name, address, and “Filter Building Generator Diesel Fuel Tank”, or digitally via email to Josh Tanghe at jtanghe@dextermi.gov, with the email containing the bidder’s name, address, and the subject line containing “Filter Building Generator Diesel Fuel Tank”. A formal bid opening will not be occurring at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 21.
Additional Bid Information:
- The work shall begin following bid award by City Council, unless otherwise agreed upon that delivery and bid pricing shall begin at a different time.
- Bidders shall itemize any required deposit, surcharges, or delivery fees. Any surcharges or fees not detailed in the bid will not be paid.
- Service schedule (dates and times) shall be coordinated between the City and the approved vendor(s).
- Contractors bidding must be qualified to complete the work as proposed.
- Vendor employees performing work within the City of Dexter’s building must be able to pass a background check. References from clients similar to the City of Dexter are requested, such as governments, health care, or financial business
