The City of Dearborn is requesting quotes for firefighting helmets as specified, to be ordered on an "as needed" basis throughout the term of a one year period from 06/2012 through 05/2013. The agreement could be extended one additional year at the same unit pricing upon mutual agreement of both parties. This quote could be awarded in whole or in part. The quantities noted in this quote are estimated quantities, actual order quantities can vary. Any pricing submitted that is based on minimum order quantities may not be considered. Orders placed by authorized fire personnel will include helmet color and quantity needed. Complete orders must be delivered within 1 week of order placement. NO SUBSTITUTIONS will be accepted. Quote responses can also be faxed to 313.943.2420 by or before the quote due date and time. ALL Pricing Submitted MUST Be Delivered Pricing.
