Summary of Specifications:
A signle bid will be received for design, preparation of a complete set of design documents for permitting and construction, and for the general construction of defined renovations at the Wade Pool at Dunworth Pool complex in Levagood Park. A single PO will be awarded and it shall include the aforementioned design services and for general construction. General construction shall include the work of all trades to complete the job as designed and specified.
