PRE-BID MEETING:
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the project location at 9:00am, on May 7th, 2025.
Fill out and return the attached STA form three business days prior to pre-bid meeting for base access and email completed STA Form to: brian.g.saintonge.civ@army.mil . On the day of the pre-bid meeting, go to the Visitors Center on 11 Mile Road to pick up your pass. Proceed through the main gate to building #205, DPW/Fire Station for the meeting.

Pre-bid questions shall be submitted to the Architect before May 14th, 2025 at Noon, local time. Email all questions to: skelley@aewinc.com; and copy brian.g.saintonge.civ@army.mil . Please include the Project Name and AEW Project Number in the Subject line of the email, “Project Name – Project Number –Pre-Bid Questions” for example.

Sealed proposals are invited for construction of the Project and will be received at the Office of the Center Line City Clerk until 10:00am, local time May 28th, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the offices of the City Clerk immediately thereafter.
