Bristol Road Rehabilitation and Culvert Replacements

Sealed Bids for Bristol Road Rehabilitation and Culvert Replacements will be received at the office of the City of Burton until 2:00 pm local time, on October 9, 2023, by the office of the City Clerk located at 4303 S. Center Road, Burton, MI 48519. The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows:
1.05 miles of pavement rehabilitation along Bristol Road and Vassar Road including rubblizing and overlaying concrete sections, full depth pavement removal and replacement, HMA cold milling composite sections, pavement markings, signage, and three culvert replacements; one on Bristol Road at Gilkey Creek within the road rehabilitation limits, one immediately downstream on Bellingham Ct., and one on Bristol Road west of the road rehabilitation limits and east of Center Rd.
The issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the office of the ENGINEER, Orchard, Hiltz, & McCliment, Inc., d/b/a OHM Advisors. Bidding documents may be examined at the following locations after September 14, 2023, at 2:00 PM: ohm-advisors.com: OHM Advisors Plan Room (Download Fee may apply); Dodge Construction Network, www.construction.com; Construct Connect, www.constructconnect.com; the Construction Association of Michigan (CAM), www.cam-online.com; MITN Purchasing Group, Bidnetdirect.com; and City of Burton, 4303 S. Center Road, Burton, MI 48519. Neither Owner nor ENGINEER will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders should direct correspondence to the ENGINEER.
Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid.
The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids.
No pre-bid meetings are scheduled for this project.
