fully completed Sworn Statement of Qualifications must be submitted to the Engineering Department of the City of Birmingham prior to the bid opening. This shall be done for the above project before the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

Sealed proposals endorsed “QUATON LAKE ESTATES PHASE 2 PROJECT - Contract #1-23(P)” will be received from contractors by the City of Birmingham, at the office of the City Clerk, located at 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, January 11, 2023. The proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Bids submitted after the exact time specified for receipt will not be considered.
