REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS For Pembroke Park and Poppleton Park Ball Fields Sealed proposals endorsed “Pembroke Park and Poppleton Park Ball Fields”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until Tuesday, August 12, 2014 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to refurbish 2 baseball fields, one at Pembroke Park and one at Poppleton Park, which includes adding material, laser grading to promote proper drainage, and re-aligning bases. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
