Summary of Specifications:
The Department of Public Services will receive, at its offices at 851 South Eton Road, Birmingham, MI, sealed bids for Fall Planting until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2003, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Materials shall be in accordance with the specifications prepared by the Department of Public Services.
Specifications as to the size, type, quality and quantity of trees on which quotations are to be received are available from the Department of Public Services. Alternate varieties may be bid provided they are of like species and growth habit.
Statewide
