Summary of Specifications:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS For Fall 2014 Tree Purchase and Planting Project Sealed proposals endorsed “Fall 2014 Tree Purchase and Planting Project”, will be received at the Department of Public Services Office, 851 S. Eton Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 7, 2014 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to provide and plant approximately one-hundred and fifteen B & B trees for the Fall 2014 planting season in the City’s parks and right-of-ways on various streets throughout the City of Birmingham. All work must be completed by December 19, 2014. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info .
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed.
