Sealed bids endorsed “CITY CLERK OFFICE FURNITURE 2019” will be received by the City of Birmingham, Michigan at the Office of City Clerk, 151 Martin Street, P.O. Box 3001, Birmingham, MI, 48012 until Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of (2) LATERAL FILES, (3) WORKSTATIONS, AND (1) OPEN SHELVING UNIT. All proposals must include total shipping, delivery costs and the estimated delivery date.
A list of the furniture to be purchased is on the attached sheets. All workstation, lateral files, and shelving unit must be Hon or equivalent.
Materials and bids shall be in submitted in accordance with the attached specifications and bid forms prepared by the City of Birmingham. The equipment must be delivered as detailed in accordance with the specifications contained in the Invitation to Bid (ITB).
The City reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from bidders. At the discretion of the City, vendors submitting bids may be requested to provide sample materials or equipment.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “CITY CLERK OFFICE FURNITURE 2019”. The date and time of the bid opening must also be marked on the envelope.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until an agreement has been executed and a written purchase order has been delivered to the successful bidder.
