Sealed proposals endorsed “2023 Fall Tree Purchase and Plant”, will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 151 Martin, Birmingham, 48009; until Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 11 a.m., after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Results will be posted on MITN. The City of Birmingham, Michigan is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional firms to install one hundred and fifty (150) trees in various street right-ofways and parks. This work must be performed as specified accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP). The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 851 S.
