Attendance at a pre-bid meeting is mandatory prior to submitting a response to this RFP. The mandatory pre-bid / pre-construction meeting will take place on Monday, February 22, 2021, at 12:00 PM at the Berkley City Hall located at 3338 Coolidge Highway, Berkley, Michigan 48072. Contractors are to provide their own individual means of access to inspect the roof during this pre-bid meeting. In order to attend the pre-bid meeting, interested bidders must RSVP by emailing cmo@berkleymich.net no less than 24-hours prior to the meeting.
