Electronic copies of Proposals for the construction of the Coolidge Highway Crosswalk & Pavement Marking
Improvements Project will be received until 4:00 p.m., Local Time on Friday, May 19, 2023. The City of
Berkley has requested that their Engineer, Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc., receive Proposals directly on their behalf.

Bidders shall submit electronic copies of Proposals to:

Bidders shall review and comply with the Instructions to Bidders, which are incorporated by reference, and
carefully review all Contract Documents, as defined in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids submitted after the
