A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for this project will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, AT 10:00 AM. (Local time) at THE
JAMES CLEMENTS AIRPORT, 614 S. RIVER ROAD, BAY CITY, MI 48708. This meeting must be attended in order to
submit a bid. Bids will not be accepted unless the bidder has attended the MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and signed the
official attendance sheet. Vendor names must be clearly visible on external container of submitted bid package and match the
vendor’s name entered on official attendance sheet.
