The City of Auburn Hills is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the installation of an ornamental bed with new plants and trees to be located between the Seyburn Pavilion and the Campus Maintenance Barn at the Auburn Hills Municipal Campus, 1827 N. Squirrel Road, Auburn Hills MI 48326. (Near parking lot #7) Bids will be accepted by the City Clerk until September 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Bids will be opened at that time in the public lobby of the City Clerk at 1827 N. Squirrel. Bids to receive consideration shall be received prior to the specified time of opening as designated on the bid form. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bids are considered received when received and date stamped by the office of the City Clerk.
1)PREPARATION OF BIDA)Bidders must attend the MANDATORY SITE VISIT on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31, 2022 at10:00 am. Bidders will meet at the Seyburn Pavilion, 1827 N. Squirrel Road (near parking lot#7), and will be given access to the site. Bidders will have the opportunity to make their ownfield measurements at that time. Those unable to attend the meeting may request alternatearrangements which must be received in advance of the site visit date and will be grantedon a case-by-case basis.
B)Each bidder shall furnish all information required on the bid form. Erasures or other changesmust be initialed by the person signing the bid form.

Contractor will provide all necessary materials, labor, supplies and equipment to produce a finished product as shown in Exhibit 1. This includes site preparation, creation of the ornamental bed, procurement and installation of trees, plantings and mulch, installation/planting, edging, restoration, cleanup, and all other items needed to achieve a fully completed and finished product. All work shall be done to the highest standards of the trade.
