The City of Auburn Hills is seeking bids from qualified contractors for complete snow and ice removal for a high-intensity area in the Downtown District of the City of Auburn Hills including the service areas identified in the attached map. A single purchase order will be awarded and shall include the aforementioned elements.
Bids will be accepted by the City Clerk until Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened at that time in the front lobby of the City Clerk at 1827 N. Squirrel Road, Auburn Hills, MI 48326.
Bids to receive consideration shall be received prior to the specified time of opening as designated on the bid form. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bids are considered received when received and date stamped by the office of the City Clerk.
Each bidder shall furnish all information required on the vendor questionnaire and bid form. Erasures or other changes must be initialed by the person signing the cost proposal form.
