The City of Auburn Hills is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to install a bulletproof, protective barrier at the service counters of the Assessing, City Clerk’s, Finance and Treasury departments, which are located in the Auburn Hills City Hall at 1827 N. Squirrel Road, Auburn Hills, MI 48326.

Sealed proposals will be accepted by the City Clerk until April 24th, at 10:00 am (local time). Request For Proposal’s will be opened at that time in the lobby of the City Clerk’s office at 1827 N. Squirrel, Auburn Hills MI 48326, and read aloud.

Proposals shall only be considered if they are received prior to the specified time of opening as designated on the Proposal form. NO LATE PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Proposals are considered received when date stamped by the office of the City Clerk.

Bidders must attend the MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING on Thursday, April 10th, at 10:00 am (local time). Bidders will meet in the main lobby of the Auburn Hills City Hall, 1827 N. Squirrel Road and will have the opportunity to take all necessary measurements, ask any necessary questions, etc. Bids will not be accepted by anyone who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
