A mandatory pre-bidders meeting and walk thru will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 9:00 AM at Fire Station 1, 111 North Fifth Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. The purpose of this meeting is to tour the facility and to answer questions or concerns.
The pre-bid meeting is for information only. Any answers furnished will not be official until verified in writing by the Financial Services Area, Procurement Unit. Answers that change or substantially clarify the bid will be affirmed in writing. Copies will be posted online at the BidNet.com web site. An agency may not bring more than two persons to the pre-bid meeting. It is strongly suggested that one of the two people in attendance for an agency be the intended primary contact for the agency if the contract is awarded to that agency. Due to COVID, face coverings must be worn, temperatures will be taken, and this will be a standing tour. Access to Fire Station 1 will not be made available at any other time.
