The City of Ann Arbor is seeking the professional services of a Grant Reporting and Compliance Consultant (individual, firm, or agency) in connection with the administration of the City’s numerous grant programs, including the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) awarded as part of the American Rescue Plan. The City has been awarded $24.1 million with final project allocations pending. The Grant Reporting and Compliance Consultant selected will provide expert level knowledge, insight, and guidance on the administration, reporting, and compliance related to various federal award programs administered by the City. The consultant
will assist with implementing best practices of federal award management and advise on the viability of pursuing other grant funded opportunities.
