Description

The general work description involved in this contract are as follows:
Chesterfield Township Municipal Offices
Remove and replace approximately 6800 square yards of existing HMA and Concrete in Municipal Office parking lots.
Install approximately 5800 square yards of new parking lot to reconstruct the west and northwest lots and connect to
the existing north parking lot.
Chesterfield Township Police Department
Remove and replace approximately 7500 square yards of existing HMA and Concrete in Police Department parking lot.
Install approximately 7450 square yards of new parking lot to reconstruct the Police Department parking lot. This project
needs to be completed in 2 phases to allow for use of the lot during construction.
