2025-04 - Seymour Lake Road Water Main and Safety Path Project, Oxford Township, Michigan

The Charter Township of Oxford is requesting bids for the construction and placement of water main and a safety path along a portion of Seymour Lake Road and Sanders Road.

The project includes the following components:
 
– 3,322 LF of 16” Ductile Iron Water Main (Open Cut)
– 75 LF of 16” Ductile Iron Water Main (Horizontal Auger Bore)
– 480 LF of 18” HDPE (Directionally Drilled)
– 110 LF of 16” 6” Ductile Iron Water Main (Open Cut)
– 6 EA 16” Gate Valves with 6’ Diameter Gate Wells
– 8 EA Hydrants
– 2,800 LF of Safety Path Station Grading
– 500 Tons HMA of Various Mixes
– 230 LF of Wooden Boardwalk
– One 70’ Steel Pedestrian Bridge with Concrete Abutments
– Miscellaneous Tree Removal, Clearing, and Water Main Appurtenances
