Description

The Township of Oxford is accepting bids from qualified companies to provide the removal and replacement of the roof at its Township Offices. The work consists of removing the existing shingles, removal and replacement of any damaged or defective building materials, providing and installing new shingles compliant with bid specifications to the Township's satisfaction in accordance with the shingle manufacturer’s approved methods. The project spoils and related components/materials shall be removed and properly disposed of daily by the contractor.
