Highland Township is seeking quotes for a salary & benefit analysis for the purpose of budgeting fair salaries that encourage retainment of motivated, qualified employees. The analysis would include the following tasks:
Collecting and reviewing existing job descriptions and salary levels
Conducting a salary survey for 24 positions, including elected and appointed positions
Defining the survey participants and data to be collected
Distribution of the survey, including follow up with participants
Compiling the survey results
Preparing a comparative analysis
Developing a recommended salary structure, including associated salary administration guidelines
Presenting a final report
