Description

The Project base bid is to remove and repave 1,900 feet of asphalt pathway on the existing aggregate base along Oakley Park Rd. from S. Commerce Rd to the Richardson Center driveway. The base bid also includes 145 feet of new 5-foot-wide pathway and the relocation of the existing swale along the west side of the pickleball courts at the Richardson Center.

The alternate bid is for 830 feet of new 8-foot asphalt path from the Richardson Center drive east to Newton Road with a drainage structure, culvert and ditching to maintain the existing ditch flow to the wetland.

Sealed Bids for the Oakley Park Pathway Project (#20439.00) will be received, by the Charter Township of Commerce, until 4:00PM local time on a Bid Opening date of Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Any Bids received after said Bid Opening date and time will not be valid or opened and will be returned to the Bidder.
