Sealed proposals will be received by the Charter Township of White Lake Clerk's Office, 7525 Highland Road, White Lake, Michigan 48383 until 2pm on July 11, 2023 at which time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and the different items noted, for the Suburban Knolls Wellhouse Demolition. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Docuemnts, including Addenda if any. Prospective bidders are responsible for checking with the issuing office for any changes to the project or adenda prior to bid submittal.

The right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive defects in the proposals is reserved by Charter Township of White Lake.
