IFB-KB-082115 - Township Hall Parking Lot Rehabilitation

Summary of Specifications:
This solicitation is for the rehabilitation of two parking lots located at 57900 Van Dyke Road for the Township Hall and Senior Center. The project will consist of mill and overlay of existing bituminous pavements with base repairs as warranted and a new concrete approach and apron to replace the existing at the southerly entrance to Township Hall. New, 4" concrete sidewalk will also be constructed around Township Hall. Finally both lots will be re-striped and bumper blocks repaired and reset as part of the project. The project will be partially funded utilizing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) therefore the entire project must meet Davis Bacon wage rate requirements and compliance to all CDBG obligations.This municipality is an equal opportunity employer and businesses owned by businesses or minorities are strongly encouraged to bid.
