Summary of Specifications:
Washington Township is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide materials and installation for landscaping at our new fire station located at 11300 27 Mile Rd., Washington Twp, MI 48094. See attached specs for all materials and installation guidelines. Work must be coordinated with construction contractor. All work shall be done in compliance with all applicable local, State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations, zoning ordinance, as well as MIOSHA guidelines in effect at the time of the award of the contract. All licenses required by the State of Michigan, and or Washington Township, necessary to perform this work, must be obtained prior to the award of the contract. Vendor is to obtain all necessary permits. Vendor must provide (3) references. A Certificate of Insurance must be submitted prior to the issuance of a purchase order meeting the minimum limits of liabilities as outlined (see attachment). Certificate of Insurance shall have the same language as shown in the example. 100% payment upon completion. Work shall begin on or before August 19, 2010 and finish on or before September 3, 2010.
