As a result of the October 7, 2009 posting, the Charter Township of Washington will accept sealed, single Lump Sum Proposals for a General Contract for All Trades Work for the Proposed new Fire Station #1 consisting of Site, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Trades Work, all as shown on the Contract Documents dated 09/25/09.
