Description

The Charter Township of Washington Clerk’s Office is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified Planning Consulting Firms to assist with various assignments within the Township. Such objectives include but are not limited to future development, compliance review, ordinance amendments, master plan, topical research, special studies, providing recommendations, and various meetings. It is the Township’s requirement to work with a single organization and a single consultant to provide Planning Consulting Services.

Sealed bids will be received by the Charter Township of Washington at the office of the Township Clerk, 57900 Van Dyke Rd., Washington Twp., Michigan, 48094 until 10:00 a.m. local time Wednesday September 13, 2023. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the 10:00 a.m. deadline.

Interviews shall be conducted by a committee, formed by the township, on September 27, 2023; times will be scheduled after bid deadline; the committee will make their recommendation to the Township Board based on the bid submissions and interviews conducted, at the regularly scheduled meeting of October 4, 2023.
