Sealed Bids for the MacArthur Blvd Pedestrian Pathway project will be received by Superior Charter
Township at the office of the Township Clerk at 3040 North Prospect, Ypsilanti, MI 48198, until 10:00 am
local time on February 1, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The project consists of construction of an 8’ wide HMA pathway along the north side of MacArthur Blvd
from Stamford Rd to Harris Rd and a 6’ wide concrete sidewalk connection to Fireman’s Park.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the office of the Engineer, Orchard, Hiltz, & McCliment,
