Description

Installation of irrigation, steel edging, and plantings located at the northern corners of the intersection of Joslyn Road and Brown Road. Clearing of the brush and vegetation along the existing fence on the northeast corner is also included in the proposed scope of work for this project. Restoration of the impacted areas will also be required.

The Contract Documents for this project are on file and may be examined on and after 12:00 pm, July 20, 2022, at the following locations: the office of the ENGINEER, Orchard, Hiltz, & McCliment, Inc., 2365 Pontiac Rd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326 and the Charter Township of Orion, 2323 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion, MI 48360.

Sealed Bids for the Joslyn and Brown Landscaping Project will be received at the office of Charter Township of Orion until 2:00 pm local time, on August 10, 2022, by the Clerk’s Office, located at 2323 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion, MI 48360.

Sealed Bids: Bidders will submit one (1) original and two (2) copies to the following address:
