The development new facility for the Orion Township Municipal Hall and Sheriff’s Substation on an undeveloped 77.6-acre parcel along Joslyn Road for future community amenities and activities.

This project is primarily a single-story with a partial walk-out basement. The facility is comprised of two buildings, one for the Oakland County Sheriff Substation, the second for the departments and public amenities essential to township operations.
