Summary of Specifications:
RFQ for Flat Roof Repair and Replace Location: 4480 Orion Road, Oakland , Mi. 48306 Description: Remove/replace the flat roof with a comparable product to ensure proper prevention of water penetration to the roof structure. Repair and replace all underlying roof substructure to ensure the safety and longevity of the roof membrane being applied with like products, must match remaining sub structure and be painted and sealed to match. The area in question is approximately 25 Ft by 60 Ft. The total to include remediating all problems with roof, substructure and returning it to a finished state. Price may be presented in a graduated format to cover the non-exposed damage that may be uncovered. All work to be completed within 30 days of award. Permits and proper licensing required. Detailed quotes are required with specific products and work to be performed. All warrantees for specified products and workmanship must be stated. If possible all work to be performed with the facility open and in use by residents and patrons.
