Sealed proposals will be received by the Charter Township of Oakland at the office of the Township Clerk, 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, Michigan 48306 until 3:00 pm local time (EST), on Wednesday February 23, 2022 for construction of this project. Proposals are to be delivered to the Township Clerk’s Office in a sealed envelope marked on the outside as described in the Instruction to Bidders.
Questions regarding this project shall be submitted in writing prior to Friday February 18, 2022. Questions shall be directed to Jeff Smith at PEA Group jsmith@peagroup.com.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bid bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal amount.
