The Charter Township of Oakland hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for professional assessing services. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope conspicuously marked “Professional Assessing Services RFP”. Sealed bids will be received until May 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM, at the Clerk’s Office, 4393 Collins Road, Rochester, MI 48306, when the same will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Charter Township of Oakland officially distributes bid documents from the Charter Township of Oakland Clerk’s Office, 4393 Collins Rd., Rochester, MI 48306, the Charter Township of Oakland website (www.oaklandtownship.org), and the MITN Purchasing Group, through BidNet Direct (www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn). Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid documents from the sources listed above are guaranteed access to receive addendum information if such information is issued. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive or not waive informalities or irregularities in proposals or bidding procedures, and to accept or further negotiate cost, terms, or conditions of any proposal determined by the Township to be in the best interests of the Township even though not the lowest bid.
