Description

Construct and install grinder pumps as needed throughout the Charter Township of Lyon, Oakland County, Michigan. The work includes the installation of prefabricated grinder pump stations; connecting to new and existing low pressure sanitary sewers as required; furnishing and installing new grinder pump discharge lines as specified; furnishing and installing pressure taps to
existing low pressure sanitary sewers; abandoning existing septic tanks; installation of
new grease interceptors and retro-fitting of existing septic tanks to function as grease
interceptors; miscellaneous asphalt and concrete pavement repairs; miscellaneous
concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk repairs; and the restoration of lawn and all other
disturbed areas impacted by the work.

All Bids are due and must be delivered to the Charter Township of Lyon Township Hall on, or
before, Wednesday, November 24, 2021, before 2:00 p.m. (Local Time). Bids submitted late
or via oral, telephonic, telegraphic, electronic mail or facsimile will not be considered or accepted.

Each Bidder must submit one (1) original Bid and one (1) Bid copy in a sealed envelope clearly
marked: ITB - 2022 through 2024 Grinder Pump Installation Contract.
