Public Notice. Adequate notice of the RFP shall be given in the same manner as provided in Section 3.3 4. Competitive Sealed Bidding; Public Notice unless otherwise specified by the Township Board.
Prooposal Submittal. All proposals shall be submitted to, received by and date-time stamped by the Township Clerk’s office. No proposal shall be handled so as to permit disclosure of the identity of an offeror or the content of any proposal to competing offerors until the time for the public opening of bids or proposals or until the deadline for submission of bids or proposals has expired. A register of proposals shall be recorded on the proposal tabulation sheet by the Township Clerk’s office containing the name of each offeror, the number of modifications received, if any, and a description sufficient to identify the item offered.
NOTICE: ALL Request for Proposal (RFP) submittals received by the Township must include a minimum of two (2) paper copies and an electronic copy on a USB flash drive
 Proposal/Bid Opening. All proposal/bids shall be opened publicly at Township Hall in the presence of one member of the Township Clerk’s office and one or more witnesses representing the bidding department and/or a Township consultant when applicable following the deadline set for the submission of bids at the time and place designated in the invitation for bids. The amount of each bid and such other relevant information as the Township Clerk deems appropriate, under the guidance of the Department Director, together with the name of all persons witnessing the bid opening on behalf of the Township and the name of each bidder shall be recorded. The record and each bid shall be open to public inspection in accordance with State law.
