Additional Bidding Instructions

An opaque envelope bearing your proposal must identify your company name, the project being bid “Independence Township DPW Facility Improvements” and/or “Independence Township Fire Station #1 Facility Improvements”, the bid proposal category submitting on, and “Sealed Bid, Do Not Open”. The envelope shall be addressed to Independence Township Hall Clerks Office, Attention Cari Neubeck, 6483 Waldon Center Drive, Clarkston, MI 48346. Duplicate hard copies and electronic copy on flash drive with proposal required.

Proposals must be delivered no later than 12:00 pm noon (EST), on October 19, 2023. ALL bid proposals are to be delivered at Township Clerks Office. The Twp. will not open, consider, nor accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. All late bid proposals will be returned to the bidder unopened.
