The Charter Township of Independence is accepting proposals for asphalt replacement at two fire stations. Fire Station #1 at 6500 Citation Drive Clarkston, Michigan 48346, and Fire Station #3 at 5241 Maybee Road Clarkston, Michigan 48346. The company awarded the project will be subject to approval by the Independence Township Board of Trustees. Project completion deadline will be September 30, 2022.

Late proposals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the vendor.
The Township reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any and all proposals.
Proposal may NOT be modified, withdrawn, or canceled after the date of opening the bid.

THE VENDOR’S NAME, CONTACT NAME & PHONE NUMBER, AND ADDRESS MUST APPEAR ON THE LEFT CORNER OF THE SEALED ENVELOPE.

PER THE TOWNSHIPS PROCUREMENT POLICY BID/QUOTE SUBMITTAL MUST INCLUDE A MINIMUM OF (2) TWO PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY ON A USB FLASH DRIVE. FILE NAME SHOULD MATCH PROJECT NAME.

PROPOSAL MUST INCLUDE SIGNATURE LINE FOR PROPOSER AND SIGNATURE LINE FOR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE TOWNSHIP.
